Fun & Educational STEM Field Trip!

Skatin’ Place offers hands‑on STEM field trips that bring the laws of motion to life through the excitement of roller skating. Designed for students in K–5th grade, our program makes it easy to step out of the classroom while still supporting Minnesota education standards—specifically PS2: Motion & Stability; Forces & Interactions.

What’s Included in a STEM Field Trip:

  • 45‑minute guided STEM lesson led by our educator

  • 2 hours of roller skating, including roller skating structured games and free time

  • Access to arcade games, bounce houses, laser tag, and snackbar during free‑time (students could pay separately)

  • Skate rentals and skate mates included

Our STEM field trips blend learning and movement, giving students a memorable experience that reinforces real science concepts in a fun, active environment.
